What is the Exchange/Return Policy?

All items purchased are eligible for return, within 14 days from the receipt of the order. All returns should be sent by a trackable method to the address below. ShopMelissa is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please let us know why you have sent your return by filling out the form in your package. EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with the style purchased and wish to purchase a different style, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the different style via ShopMelissa.com. We will only accept exchanges for wrong size, color, or style, Manufacturer defect, and Mismatched sandals on regular and sale price, unworn merchandise for up to 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) being sent to us for exchange are the responsibility of the client. Please include a note describing the reason in your return package along with the original packing slip received with the shipment. We don’t do direct exchange.

RETURN

We will accept returns on regular and sale price, unworn merchandise purchased from ShopMelissa.com website for up to 14 days from the delivered date. Product purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. To make a return, simply ship the merchandise back to us with your original packing slip and merchandise return form that came with your order. Your return should be in good condition, in the original box, and with a short note describing the reason for your return to ensure your return is processed accurately. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the responsibility of the client. Upon inspection, your return will be completed by the method below: Regular and Sale price merchandise- Within the 14 day return period a credit will be given to the original method of payment. The credit will include any taxes paid. If you will return the complete order, also shipping costs eventually paid will be refunded. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement. Once we have received your return, please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed. You will receive an email from customer service when the return has been processed. We do not accept returns after 14 business days, subject to exceptions to be assessed with our customer service. All returns should be sent with a copy of the packing slip/receipt, a short note describing the reason for the return.

DEFECTS

In case of manufacturer defect, please write to our customer service, providing the order number and a picture of the defected item(s). We will collect the pair(s) at our expenses by sending you a shipping document to attach outside the box. Your return should be in the original box, and with a short note describing the reason for your return to ensure your return is processed accurately.
